The Texas A&M Quidditch Team was founded in the fall of 2008 by avid Quidditch enthusiasts.. The organization began with only two house teams and Sunday practices and has grown to have four house teams and weekly practices for those committed to playing on the intercollegiate level. Favorite Quidditch memory: The opening ceremonies of the 2010 Quidditch World Cup, the first one I attended- to see that many people so passionate about something I was involved in was amazing, and I realized that I could never simply stop playing.
